Share a room with reviewers

Reviewers don't need a Shortlistr account. From the room's Share panel:

• Shared link — one link the recipient can forward to teammates.
• Per-reviewer links — separate token per email so you can see who opened what.
• Per-reviewer + email verification — adds a 6-digit code sent to the reviewer's email on first open. Device is remembered for 30 days.

What the link looks like

Reviewer links go out on a neutral domain so the URL itself never exposes Shortlistr:

https://shortlistedcandidates.link/<your-workspace-slug>/r/<token>

The workspace slug is editable in Settings → Reviewer URL. The invite email, the in-room footer, and the exported PDF/DOCX are also white-labeled — no Shortlistr branding anywhere a reviewer or client can see.

Email verification

Turn on email gating to require reviewers to confirm their email with a one-time code before they can see the candidates. Recommended for confidential roles.
