Export candidate decks and reviews

Most ATSs let you attach a file or paste a note against a candidate. Shortlistr gives you both flavours.

Download the full room deck (PDF)

From a room, click Download deck (PDF) in the header. You get a single PDF covering every candidate in the room — brief, reviewer reactions, verdicts, and rationales. Useful for client share-outs and offline review.

Download a single-candidate packet (PDF)

From the candidate list inside a room, click the PDF action on a row. You get a one-candidate file you can drop directly into the candidate's record in your ATS.

Share the read-only reviewer link

Every room has a reviewer link (see Share a room with reviewers). It's public-by-token, so you can paste the URL into any ATS note field — anyone with the link can view results without logging in.

Per-verdict Copy as Markdown and a one-click Review PDF that picks up just the verdict, reviewer, date, and reasons — designed to paste cleanly into Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby scorecards. Native ATS sync via Unified.to is on the roadmap after that.
