React and decide
For each candidate:
- React inline — highlight any sentence in the brief and add an emoji or short note. Your recruiter sees these immediately.
- Ask a question — type a question for the recruiter, who can answer in-line.
- Decide — pick Move forward, Pass, or Unsure. Add a short reason — this is the most useful thing for the recruiter.
Click Submit round when you're done with all candidates.
