Create your workspace
When you sign up, Shortlistr creates a personal workspace for you automatically. You can rename it any time in Settings → Workspace.
Your workspace slug
Every workspace has a short URL-safe slug (lowercase, 3–40 characters, letters/numbers/hyphens). It appears in every reviewer link you send:
https://shortlistedcandidates.link/<your-slug>/r/<token>
We derive it from your workspace name by default. You can change it any time in Settings → Reviewer URL — but note that changing the slug breaks any reviewer links you've already shared from this workspace.
Invite teammates
- Open Settings → Members.
- Click Invite member and enter their email.
- They'll receive an email invite that drops them straight into your workspace.
Every member shares the same clients, roles, and briefing rooms.
